When Reliability Matters (Do not need to include)

Describe your company and organization and target audience

Business 2 business. Infrared inspection services, primarily of commercial electrical equipment. Preventative maintenance. Uses thermal (infrared) technology to see hot spots. Spots hotter then normal indicate a possible future failure. We work in NYC, outside NYC and nationwide. Primarily service places where high up time is important hospitals, data centers, etc but also large residential buildings and factories.

Both white and blue collar decision makers. Building managers and their bosses

The design should have the following

I like the idea of city scape or some how otherwise showing we're reliable / elite. Data center etc could be neat or a combo of the city/data center? Bringing electrical equipment could be neat, but feel like everyone has a lightning bolt...(old logo).

I like the new logo concept I have attached, but interested to see other ideas or improve/rework the attached logo. Maybe less builds? Not so tall? Version with text in front of the city? Maybe some of the city or text partially in infrared colors?

This logo will be used for

  • Online (Website, facebook etc.)
  • Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
  • Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I like blue, white, teal, greens. Should look serious and evoke trust for business.

However thermography images are often in a hot iron (or Ironbow) scale, purple>red>orange>yellow>white (as iron heats up).

A rainbow scale is also used. https://www.flir.com/discover/industrial/picking-a-thermal-color-palette/

I just think the thermal images might be hard to make an attractive looking website/design and literralture to match?

What style of logo would you like?
