The California Mental Health Service Authority is a quasi-public organization bringing together mental health resources in the state. They want the logo to be very clean and modern and classic - not cute. NO brain, NO trees or NO fake people NO California state outlines... Icon should not be the letters of the name as the name will be the letters.

The design should have the following

Want it to look official - government, big corporate, but also friendly and modern. Colorful. Abstract patterns or design is okay. Showing connections /ecosystem or just an integrated design is okay. Open to ideas. Probably icon on the left and words on the right will be preferred layout - or maybe integrated with the letters itself.
