Describe your company and organization and target audience

Residential re-entry center for former inmates of federal prisons. This halfway house will house people making a transition back to society. Becoming purpose driven community members

The design should have the following

Possibly circle(s). Should convey an sense of unity/community, but without being too "soft". The logo needs to appeal to Bureau of Prisons decision makers so should convey strength too.
