Women's Adventure Club Sewickley

Describe your company and organization and target audience

This is a group of women who are members of a women's adventure club. The membership includes access to weekly planned outdoor recreation such as hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, rafting, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, etc. (Will be mostly hiking.)

This organization is brand new. My vision is for it to be a small, intimate group of women who are seeking outdoor adventures in their lives.

The target audience: The members of this club live in a suburb of Pittsburgh, PA. This area is predominantly white upper middle class. This adventure club will probably cater to women who are between 30-65 years old.

The design should have the following

I'd like the logo to be circular.

I'm thinking the words 'Women's Adventure Club' can be at the top of the circle and the word 'Sewickley' can be at the bottom of the circle. If there's a better way to organize the text, I'm open to it.

I'd like the logo to include rolling hills with a few trees. The hills should something between a subtle roll and a soft-ish mountain. It shouldn't be a pointy mountain top.

Maybe there is an image of a woman hiking on the hilltop? I'm open to your creative ideas.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Bold colors like red/orange.

shades of blue, green, a pinkish/salmony shade, white, black for lines.
