The design should have the following

Looking for 16x16 "favicon ". I would like a version of the logo to have a transparent background (.png formatted file). It would be nice to have 2 variations of the design (one for a white or light-colored background, and another for a dark/black background).

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
