Hello! I am a sole practitioner with 15 years of experience in structural and bodywork and energy therapies (like massage, polarity, reiki). I have a lovely, tranquil office in an old colonial house commercial property, located on a pond. My small space has two rooms and is decorated with soothing photos and other artwork. Nature is always around us, from the sound of the birds to the soft breeze coming through the windows on a nice day. I have decided to change the direction of my practice and the name of my business. I have decided to narrow my practice to only specialize in the form of hands-on bodywork, called CranioSacral Therapy.

I help women and men in midlife journey reclaim their vitality, and empower their health and lives so they can THRIVE.

I am passionate about helping each client access his or her highest vitality through CranioSacral Therapy.

My target audience is women and men in midlife journey who are experienced with and value bodywork to support their health and longevity; that are drawn to explore and dance with the deeper, more subtle dimensions and mysteries of the body's natural ability to heal and self-correct; taking care of themselves is important to them and they enjoy incorporating natural approaches toward that end. At this time in their lives, they recognize the value of taking their well being to another level. They want to truly empower their health so that they can thrive instead of survive; so that they can feel and be their best for themselves and others each and every day.

The audience also includes midlife women and men who may not be experienced with bodywork, but are so frustrated with the status of their health and unsuccessful treatment that they want to explore a new approach to maximize their well being.

My target audience must be serious about their health and willing to commit to a series of sessions to allow the healing process to gradually unfold and so the thread of success can be tracked.

The target audience must be able to financially afford the commitment and value working with a practitioner with 15 years experience and training.

The focus of my work is someone who may:

-Struggle to live fully and fearlessly;

-Is stressed, tense, and exhausted and unable to have joy and balance in the day;

-Suffers from chronic pain that keeps him/her from doing what they love;

-Is stuck in a cycle of long-held emotional or physical pain patterns;

-Is unable to lead with clarity and focus;

-Is feeling disconnected from who he/she is;

-Is tired of just surviving;

Or perhaps he or she struggles to cope with complex challenges like these:

-Trauma, PTSD

-Depression, Anxiety

-Stress management

-Emotional Issues

-Insomnia

-Fatigue

-Inability to concentrate

- TMJ Disorder/clenching or grinding

-Unexplained pain that does not respond to treatment

My goal through CranioSacral Therapy is to help my clients experience empowered health in the form of:

-More energy

-Restorative sleep

-Flow each day with calm, centeredness, clarity, focus and a smile

-Liberty from pain

-Freedom of movement

-More effective concentration

-You are your authentic self

-Positive outlook

The focus of my practice is empowerment in health--taking back your health--reclaiming your vitality--the power of feeling awesome, as a result.

I think the logo needs to evoke the very relaxing, soothing, softening, unwinding, letting go aspects of my work that lead to healing, balanced with the strength and vigor of empowered health that I strive to help my clients achieve.

I had initially envisioned the possibility of a bold, funky designed sun that evokes powerful energy, but that is somehow balanced with the soothing aspect of healing from the inside-out. You do not need to follow this idea if you are drawn to something else.

Colors I am personally drawn to are turquoise and other bold island blues, auburn/peach, yellow, white.

Very Important: The logo must be able to be easily applied on a business card, pamphlet, stationary, and web site banner.

If you think that the tag line should not be included in the logo, that is OK--I can add it to a business card, etc.

Initially I thought that the tag line should have the word "thrive" in capitol letters:

Empower your health and THRIVE!

If you decide to include the tag line, I will leave it up to you from a design standpoint, to see if the word "thrive" looks better in capitol or lower case letters.

I want customers that see the logo to feel VIBRANCY, empowerment, the potential for them to feel wonderful. .

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

The logo should look beautiful/attractive/inviting/warm in fonts, color.

I do not want corporate edge.
