Describe your company and organization and target audience

The name comes from the first initial of my name and my kids names. I am a residential and commercial electrician. I would like to target residential homes as well as larger, commercial build-outs. I need a logo to put on my business cards (currently using a vista-print template, yuck but gets the job done). I would also like to have it put on shirts and my company truck.

The design should have the following
