Transitions Delaware was founded to serve within and beyond the LGBTQ+ Community, Our Families & Allies through offering:

Counseling Services: to provide compassionate and ethical clinical counseling

Consultation Sessions: to area schools, fellow clinical practices, and businesses who wish to create safer, more supportive environments for LGBTQ+ youth, young adults and their families

Personalized Training: which provides introductory, intermediate and advanced professional development to help increase participants LGBTQ+ cultural competency and skills

The design should have the following

1. Company Name: Transitions Delaware llc
2. Company Tag Line: counseling, consultation, & training
3. outline of state of Delaware - used in different ways (backdrop OR replacing letter "L" in Delaware, etc)
4. use of the lotus flower - perhaps as a watermark background image because the meaning of the lotus flower is significant...if any color used, try to keep it as light pink and light purple

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

do not use as simplistic image of a lotus
do not go crazy with colors; and be mindful it has to be able to look detailed enough on a grey scale for print, as well as the full color print option...this is especially important for when i create printed handouts in which i want the company logo to look as good in grey scale
