I think you can use the whole illustration here for other purposes, and for embroidery then you can extract just the 'TM' as its symbol...
You did exactly what I asked for! Thank you! Great Job! We are very close. Here are my suggestions: In my mind, I had the truck going the other way, leading with the TM. And I'm concerned about the trailer, ball, and tail, all being the same color. It will be hard to make that show up using embroidery. I like this, and I like the option of using just the TM like you did before.
