the branding and marketing should be more related to the property owner - so themes of passive income, protecting their asset, protection, safe, worry free landlord, etc.

Currently we work with single family homes - but could move into large scale condos and multiple family buildings in the future.

The design should have the following

very open. this is location specific - so anything that ties to the St. Louis market is good.

This logo will be used for

Colors to use in the design

Very open - will be put on tshirts as well - so while I love bright and loud colors - more colors means more expense on screen printing so balance there.
