Timber Development is a real estate investing firm. We purchase quality single family homes in suburban neighborhoods and bring them up to modern standards thereby increasing value of our properties and that of the neighboring homes as well. We are a husband and wife team with her having and eye for design, layout and style and him having years of contract management experience. We live in one of the homes we renovated. We seek to purchase homes that need our attention in order to bring them back to their glory years. Often these homes are those of older folks that are downsizing, moving to assisted living or from families of the deceased. We purchase the home and bring yesterday's splendor back but with today's technology and safety in mind.
