I want the logo to be simple, professional and respectable. I do like the bird of paradise, but I am certainly not settled on the idea. The image is really up to the designer. Black and white with an extra color or two could work.

I would prefer simple. I made a trial logo with a simple 'bird of paradise' image and "Tiki House Coffee" above it. I am simply seeking a more professional layout. The image and text/font are up to the designer.
