My Company, ThreeSixtySkills, provides trainings and coaching services for personal development. Most of the trainings are held in italian language and in english. My target audience are people around 25-45, who want to transform their life and want to empower their interpersonal communication skills. The company also provides online trainings and through Skype, so the idea is that we are innovative and modern, but at the same time we care about people and we value the personal touch.

The design should have the following

I would like the logo to include a very simple head or a mind, or something round, or like a light bulb, something that suggests mind openness at 360 degrees. The meaning is that with ThreeSixtySkills you can learn soft skills which will expand your interpersonal abilities and will be useful in any situations, both private and professional, at 360 degrees. I also would like the slogan to appear somewhere. Better if it shows the word "smart" instead of "small". I mean that the "ll" of the word small can be crossed, and instead of those, the "rt" of smart can appear/be inserted. In that way, people can see the difference between "small steps" and "smart steps". (sorry, it's not easy to explain, I hope you get what I meant). The name could be both ThreeSixtySkills or Three Sixty Skills (I don't know which one looks better). It's important that the initials TSS stand out.
