We are a research study that is recruiting pregnant women with histories of depression who have been treated with antidepressant medication, and our aim is to investigate the effectiveness of a mindfulness program called Mindful Mood Balance for Moms. The program is intended to teach skills that will help prevent depressive relapse during the perinatal period. All of the women who participate in the study will be randomized to receive either the online mindfulness course or usual care.
