Describe your company and organization and target audience

Study Abroad for college students age 18-22 from affluent families and planning on Law School.

The design should have the following

Company logo indicative of legal profession with Gavel and Scales. Just one or two colors, and one must be Gold. Final product: (1) logo, just image. (2) Logo with 3-word Title. (3) Logo + Title + Slogan

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries

No small or thin fonts. Go big and bold.
