Hi, Generally people go for vector formats. If the logo is not going to be blown more than a feet, photoshop would be fine.

First, let me thank you all for your work and submissions to this point (12/24/09 @ 1:30PM EST). I've gone through every single submission, and posted a comment/rating. I am excited about a lot of the designs I see; just some tweaks. I really am hoping to find the "perfect" logo, a mix of professionalism, modernism. Something that screams: "This company is super professional, but modern, trustworthy, but youthful, etc." Again, my thanks for your efforts, and I am excited to see your results!

Thinkforward, yes, a winner will be chosen. I have actually already picked a winner, and notified that designer of my choice. However, I needed a few "tweaks" and have just received permission to ask the designer to make those modifications BEFORE I official announce him as the winner. Thanks again for all your input and design work; it was greatly appreciated and admired. I wish I could do this stuff!
