The design should have the following

Our company has a logo that I am going to upload here. The design is missing some essential elements. That's why I want to redesign it. I don't mind the overall idea of the existing logo, but I believe that it needs a tremendous improvement. That's why I'd rather to redesign the same logo and basically polish the existing design rather than designing a new one. But if you feel like it needs a complete redesign to find the harmony, by all means feel free to do so.
A few highlights:
1- I like that the font of the logo is simple, but it is missing the elegance that our product has. I think the logo the way it is now, would be more appropriate for a technology company than a builder of high-end custom homes.
2- The Idea was to make the " T " stands out using a different color and look strong and almost like a column. I like to continue that idea for the new design.
3- the two words of "design" and "build" have to be included in the design, it's just that there is something off about them the way they are right now. Like that balance doesn't exist.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
