Describe your company and organization and target audience

Our website is a community based site that aims to provide suburb profiles of each suburbs in Greater Sydney, Australia. The profiles detail entertainment, educational, leisure, adventure, dining and other activities/attractions. It is attracting foreign travellers wanting to know more about what there is to see in Sydney and Sydney-siders alike are showing keen interest. We also have a Facebook page that keeps followers informed of various events taking place on weekends and we have an Instagram account that showcases our original photographs. We are a young, fun, city chic and want to get everyone loving and getting to know ALL of Sydney including the lesser known suburbs that everyone forgets about.

The design should have the following

We're looking for a logo that represents our young (20-50yrs), fun, urban, funky, street, city chic personalities and more important our message. The logo must include our name 'Suburbs of Sydney' and image that blend together into one kick ass logo. The logo will be used on the website, Facebook, Instagram, T-shirts and half-size business cards from Moo. This logo needs to be cool and sophisticated. Aside from our primary colours: Twitter Bird Blue, between mid grey to charcoal and black, we also need the logo in all black and all white so the logo must also look good like this. We might be open to a splash of another colour like canary yellow. You're welcome to provide other versions but the primary logo should be in the blue, grey and black and the secondary versions in all black then all white.

Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Please do not use the Harbour Bridge, Opera House or Centre Point as the image as these are used way too much. Please no cartoon looking logo's as these look cheap.
