Hello everyone. We have had some very creative submissions. I would like to remind any designers joining the contest to sort the entries by score so you can get an idea of what we have liked the most. We're still looking for logos that we can rate 5/5!

Please be aware that we are planning to use this logo as a professional logo and trademark of our company. As such, it needs to be completely unique and original. No clip art or art of any kind that you did not originally design will work. If we suspect that the logo is not original, we will not choose it. When we choose a winner, we will need to receive the original design file (vector image). If you cannot provide this if your submission is chosen, please do not submit. Please forgive us for the multiple submissions on the previous comment. We would like to point out that stratus clouds are not fluffy and tall, but are flat clouds. Their name comes from the Latin word 'stratum' which means: A layer of material, naturally or artificially formed, often one of a number of parallel layers one upon another: a stratum of ancient foundations. However, if there is a creative and artistic use that makes sense in a logo, we would like to see it.

When choosing a winner for this contest, we will certainly give precedence to originality wherever we feel that conflicting designs have been produced. We are continually studying out the submissions and comparing them as the contest moves forward. Please rest assured that we will use as much fairness as possible during this process. We would like to remind everyone that there are 5 days left in this contest and we have received some really great work. However, any submissions that have been rated at 3/5 or less will most likely NOT be selected as is. If we have not given specific feedback on these, then it's probably a good idea to try again with a completely new design approach. We encourage you all to keep submitting your new designs while there is still time remaining. We know you will knock our socks off! We have still not yet seen any designs related to our post about the nature of stratus clouds. If you have a creative idea regarding the use of a flat cloud as opposed to a fluffy one, please give it a try because we are curious to see it. But most importantly, when submitting a design, pretend that you are starting a game company that will revolutionize the industry and you want to make lasting impressions with a superb logo. This is the situation that we are in and we really want it to work. Think about the feelings that your design gives the viewer and how that affects the image of a company. This may help you to understand more than anything where we are coming from and what we are looking for. Thanks again for the great submissions so far!

Attention new submitters: We would like to reiterate our stance on originality. We have some great logo designs that, for the type of image they portray, do a really great job. It is our opinion that the best chance of a new logo winning this contest is to create something that is completely unique. Even though we have rated several designs very highly, this does not mean that they are set in stone as the winners of the contest. What they do, they do well and anything too similar to these logos will not be able to compete. However, new and original designs that take us in a different direction could stand out as being strong competitors in their own unique artistry. In the end, we will have to choose between the best versions of all the unique logo "categories", if you will. Also, though we have provided specific feedback, please be careful to separate the feedback that pertains to a specific logo versus the feedback that pertains to our overall logo vision. sorry if u think i copy someone ones layout.but to be honest i didn't even notice i saw is method i other contests and thought it who make my logo stand out a bit.the CH did inform me of how simalar they look.i was just useing the best tools in displaying my design

We would like to inform everyone that we will only be available for some time on Saturday to provide feedback, at which point we will catch up with any of Friday's submissions. Attention all designers: We have opened up the contest to new submissions for an additional 4 days! This is not due to any dissatisfaction with the previous submissions. We have a wonderful set of designs already. However, it has come to our attention that several designers were unable to submit new designs and/or revisions on time due to extenuating circumstances. We felt we could not move forward with a winner until we were able to include these additional submissions. If you are interested in increasing your chance at winning the contest, please continue to submit new designs and we will oblige with comments and ratings wherever possible. We will also provide feedback on some of the late submissions from the previous phase that we were unable to comment on previously. Thanks!
