St. Mary's County Health Department is launching a new Harm Reduction Program

Program Goals/Purpose: Reduce harm in the community, reduce rate of infectious disease, prevent the spread of disease, needle exchange program with linkages/referral to services (primary care, behavioral health, wound care, naloxone training, etc.), meet people where they are at in the community, assist with basic needs for healthier life

The design should have the following

Looking for a clean, professional design that incorporates the SMCHD logo (http://www.smchd.org/st-marys-county-health-department_finaloutlined_06052016/) design in some manner - this will help to identify staff working out in the community (on shirts, bags, etc.) so that the community feels comfortable engaging with them.

Program name (Harm Reduction Program) & affiliation/incorporation of SMCHD branding/logo

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Colors to use in the design

Same as SMCHD (blue and green from logo - please see website link above) or open to suggestions. We want people to know this program is by the health department in some way (colors, incorporating elements, etc.)
