Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are an ophthalmology clinic that provides services and procedures for adult patients. Patients range in age from 18 to 65+. San Antonio Texas is the city for the patient population. We offer elective procedures such as LASIK and medical procedures such as Cataracts.

The design should have the following

It can be an eye in any form. Abstract or use different geometric shapes. It can be incorporated into the text or be separated. We would like to stick to our original Royal Blue color but can have some accents. We would like for it to represent what we do. The font should be easy to read.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries

The design should be simple and not have multiple shadows. It should be easy to read.
