Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a small scale breeder of exotic birds. At this time we only have finches, canaries and button quail but we are hoping to expand in the future. All of our birds are considered domestic cage birds. Bird lovers are our target audience so that could be anyone from a private owner to a nursing home or doctors office.

The design should have the following

We want something cute, playful and fun. We want it to translate well into being stitched onto a shirt as well. We are open to a character (cuteness being a MUST) and would be open to the other ideas. We are not creative but thought maybe a bird hatching from an egg (with an ADORABLE factor) but much more hatched out than the hatchwise logo is and much more cartoony. Maybe a barn with a bird in front of it but we don't want to have an agriculture feel if that makes sense. Something with feathers would be fun too but we may prefer an actual character.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

We are afraid of having a logo box us into a certain species of birds. We want to expand to other breeds in the future so we really don't want a specific "realistic" bird. Something representative would be fine but if it is a character we want it to be fictionalized some if that makes sense.
