allegretto Creative

It is easy: In Photoshop or Illustrator go to the colour squares on the right-hand panel and click on the square. A colour picker /a big coloured square/ window will pop up. You will see a hexadecimal number, corresponding to the current colour selected, at the bottom centre in a little box, after the "#" sign. You can also enter a hexadecimal value (for example white is FFFFFF while black is 000000). :)

I found it! Thank you allegretto, I will just explain a little further. Look for the color window in Illustrator and double-click on the colored square (the fill square)on the left. A big color picker will pop-up as allegretto mentioned. There's a # box at the very bottom. Enter the numbers provided by the CH. If you entered them right you should get a green, hot pink, blue, and orange respectively. Many thanks again allegretto, it's a big help:)

Thanks for explaining allegretto. The direction we are going for is simple and sophisticated logos, not too many details, so it will look good for both the site's header and on prints. It should have some depth.. Not too flat.
