Describe your company and organization and target audience

We sell durable dog toys that can take a lot of abuse. Our target audience is any dog owner with a dog large or small that destroys toys regularly.

The design should have the following

I envision a logo in which the dog is viciously trying to tear into a toy. I like the idea of including a "certified tough" seal (imagine a stamp of approval) in the logo as well as using the attached image of my dog as inspiration for the design itself. I'd love to see her likeness in the design. I'm a fan of designs and fonts that are reminiscent of old American signs like the ones found here (http://www.draplin.com/1998/01/identity_01.html) but also like the idea of weaving in the cartoon dog element.
