We Are Large Scale Production Builders. This is a 66 Unit Condominium Development. There is a Weathering Steel Truss Bridge That will be the entrance in & out to the community --- we want this to be the main part of our logo. The Bridge is crossing over an old historical river -- once used for supplying Mills.

target market: 30-65 yrs old -- middle income -- single family.

located in Central MA.
Like the Logo: Our Team is small, with close attention to detail, people build with us & send family to build with us, because you truly fall in love with the detail & craftsmanship!

The design should have the following

-Truss Bridge (weather steel)
-incorporate use of a river & or trees -- very natural setting
-old Colonial style -- Small Historical New England Town.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
