The idea behind Riddle & Chance is simple: demystify the path to publication by making it easier to find the best books about writing and online writing courses.
As a new writer myself, I feared that getting published was about luck, or a puzzle to solve or a secret to crack. But publishing success is about making your writing the best it can be and educating yourself about the industry.
Riddle & Chance is a marketplace for the best books for aspiring writers and online writing courses that help you hone your craft and get published. They are carefully curated so you can find the right resource for your stage and genre.

The target audience is aspiring writers of fiction and non-fiction. They read a a lot, love books, are word nerds and intelligent, familiar with publishing and literary symbology, spend a lot of time on their computers alone, thinking and dreaming. The audience is primarily US, Australia, Canada, England, New Zealand with an even gender split, aged 30 to 55.

The design should have the following

The name of the business with graphic references to the process of writing or the tools of writing, such as a keyboard, typewriter or pen.

References to typewriter fonts and printed manuscripts could be worthwhile.

The riskiness (and bravery) of the creative process and the fact that publishers take a gamble when they release a piece to an audience could be worthwhile too.

This logo will be used for

A question mark or reference to the Riddler villain.

The logo needs to complement the Suprema Wordpress template.

The template and colour palette can be seen at http://suprema.select-themes.com/

It is restrained and the default Wordpress template logo is black, which works for me.
