Describe your company and organization and target audience

A home goods, custom costume, and women's clothing manufacturer. Sales are going to be handled through Etsy to start with, but I hope to develop a new sizing method for women's clothing within five years and launch a clothing line in the next ten.

The design should have the following

Clean lines and curves, probably in a sans serif font. The focus should be on the word Recurve, perhaps with a larger "R", the leg of which might arc under a portion of the rest of the word. The picture below is something I doodled, but please feel free to use it simply as a starting point. I'd like to see what you come up with.

Hatchwise keeps resetting my brand value levels, so here they are:
Gender neutral
Slightly more luxurious than basic, but still closer to halfway between
Affordable beauty/elegance
More classic than modern
Refined, not raw

This logo will be used for

  • Online (Website, facebook etc.)
  • Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
  • Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

No needles or other sewing paraphernalia.

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

PLEASE NOTE: the color used in my sketch is NOT reflective of the color I want for the final piece, it was simply the color on hand when I felt like doodling. I'm working on developing a brand associated color, perhaps something close to #227949 or #22793f (as those appear on screen--it's closer to how #008556 or #00925e appears when printed, at least on fabric). I would like a grayscale version and version that incorporates some use of this color. White or off-white background.
