I like the smaller graphics to the left of the text. I like the Ranch Advisory as the focus on a top line left to right with The "P" in Partners alinged underneath the "R" in Ranch. I like the word Partners in smaller text than Ranch Advisory.

I also like less complex graphics that represent perspective with sort of a river disecting mountains and meadows. I am open to the graphic being realistic or "modern" / "symbolic"
