Personal and small group training for any individual looking to gain overall health and fitness. Catering to anyone wanting to run a 5k, half marathon, obstacle race, training for a sport, or just wanting to be/stay healthy. Encouraging environment.

Doesn&rsquo;t have to have a piece of workout equipment (kettle bell) in the logo. However, I&rsquo;m not opposed to the idea. *Possible idea...fist holding a kettlebell..fist has Puerto Rican flag on/in it. <br /> Puerto Rican flag (worn out)<br /> warrior/shield/helmet<br /> Navy blue is my favorite color
