Describe your company and organization and target audience

The purpose of the Queer Community Center is to provide a safe space dedicated to; unifying, supporting and empowering the people within our diverse queer community, celebrating our culture and fostering cultural enrichment in the larger community, and creating forums to promote discussion, action and self-expression. Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer and Allied members of Lane County

The logo should communicate the concepts in our values and vision without necessarily showing them literally, this should be a professional logo to represent our org for years. Vision We envision a community: where people are accepted and celebrated for who they are and how they identify where you don’t have to come out to the community but are accepted for who you are that promotes the safety and equality of its people (overcoming the isms) where the queer community is recognized and accepted as a contributing part of the at large community that is sustainable and advocates for its needs and participates in a culture of advocacy that is educated and connected to culture that is unified compassionate community Values Advocacy & Leadership Diversity and Inclusivity Education Personal Progress Equity & Accessibility Accountability Empathy and Respect Health & Safety
