We are targeting upper income families. We are a custom design / builder.

The design should have the following

We want to refresh our logo. Next year will mark our 29th year in business. We build higher end custom homes in our area. We build may styles of homes, cottage, craftsman, traditional, prairie etc.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries

We do not want a "hammer and nails" or a house silhouette.
