This is a sales training podcast. The target audience is sales professionals, generally between the ages of 20-55. The main point of the podcast is that it presents opposing view points from two hosts on opposite ends of the process (sort of like an "odd couple" idea).

The two hosts take a topic and approach is from opposite sides, and discuss.
