Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a commercial real estate company leasing to tenants. We target startup and fresh companies. We own about 7 buildings in Dallas, TX in the uptown and downtown area. We strive to be innovative and creative. Our goal is to create a flourishing business community within our building. The Centrum in Oak Lawn is our biggest project right now and very successful. We would like to create a version of this in all of our buildings. We currently have a logo for this building that you can find on our website ( https://thecentrum.com/ )

The design should have the following

The building is "Preston Trail Atrium"
Straight lines or minimal curves and simple
Something simple yet bold with the letters P, T and A. Maybe another shape that ties in with that (ie. squares and triangles)
Yellow and dark grey
It would be nice to have a simple small logo and Preston Trail Atrium underneath or to the right of that stamp as an option.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
