Our organization invents, patents and sells innovative products to provide solutions for daily hassles. We also sell intellectual property in the form of licensing/selling our patents. Our target audience consists of both consumers - direct selling - as well as to businesses - wholesale.

The design should have the following

Try to make "USA" or USA, Inc." smaller than "Practical Innovations." It should be legible, but in the background. (see image) Maybe make the "o"s in "innovation" gears (see pic) - not necessary, but we do like this idea. NOTE: the gears in the picture should NOT be used... I will provide detailed feedback and work with designers who want to win and provide our company with the best logo possible. Be creative. Our design is just an idea, although we do like using orange... but it's your call. We'll collaborate as much as you will. When it comes to the character, for those of you who take that route, it should resemble creativity & innovation. Use your imagination... :) Please be sure include a .psd (photoshop) file with the other files when sending - after you have received payment, of course. Do not hesitate to pm me for any specific questions. I will answer within 2 hours during most times of the day.
