Describe your company and organization and target audience

I like the slender, curvy look of the calla lily. But I'm not sure how I'd arrange text around it. I'd like the style to be edgy. Doesn't have to have motorcycle parts, but might include a mechanical or garage-y element. Powerful colors.

The design should have the following

Icon with name next to/around it. I'd like an icon that will look good blown up on a T-shirt and can stand alone as an identifiable symbol of the company. I'm not sure how to incorporate the company name.

Should appeal to women of Gen X and Y without being overly feminine. Don't think "biker chick" - more smart, professional woman with a little hooligan in her. She's proud to be female in a male-dominated field, and wants to help other women rise up.
