Describe your company and organization and target audience

a social website/blog that inspires teens to find their passion and purpose in life, so they can live to their full "poteential." We will do this by providing an online space to discover, build and share those passions, enabling them to live the life they want now and into adulthood. Target Audience: teenagers (preferably 15-19/high school age) who take themselves seriously or are at least looking to.

The design should have the following

be as unisex as possible, but can be somewhat masculine to the end of being powerful or empowering. We want something quite modern that establishes our site as brand new and in tune with teens today. Feel free to come up with symbols/themes that describe potential, power or destiny. We would like to see the "teen" part of poteential stand out, with a different color or something so that our wordplay is clear (doesn't have to be overt). But you fine artists know how to do that better than I can describe :) Obviously this logo is REALLY IMPORTANT to us, and we really appreciate any and all work you do to put an attractive face to our organization. Expect active and consistant feedback from us.Thank you SO much!
