I have posted an original photo from when the institution opened.
We would like to see the same design used. The words Pelican Bay Prison State Prison colored Blue, the inner ring that's Blue changed to Gold. The Blue Lives Matter "Blue Line" line running centered in the Gold circle like an inner ring of blue color. Under the Star a banner with 1989 - 30 Years of Service - 2019.
That design will be chosen as soon as one is received that looks as described.
