Describe your company and organization and target audience

PT2U is an outpatient physical therapist who comes to the person at their house or business for their appointments, rather than you having to travel to the clinic. Target audience is a combination of athletes, weekend warriors, low back pain, ongoing training.

The design should have the following

It would be great if it could incorporate both a PT2U box (square box with PT on top and 2U on bottom), and some sense of movement and health. Ultimately this is physical therapy, so healthy movement is the key that we're aiming for. I'm looking for something that could be up- or down-sized for business cards and advertising.

Blue tends to be a default physical therapy color, but I would like the "2" to stand out a little bit differently.

No heavy scripting - it needs to be easy to read
