New Training & Development Company providing a diverse range of training programmes primarily to the corporate sector - along with HR and consultancy services

The design should have the following

I want to create the perception of a professional, cutting edge learning & development consultancy operating in the corporate market. I am open on color schemes but I would prefer a more refined look rather than anything to brash. No website as of yet but am looking at Blue/Grey corporate look.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen
