We are an independent Toronto, Ontario theatre company who produces their own work. One Four One is composed of a group of friends who met in University and decided to regroup a few years after graduation to form a theatre company. We do everything from dramas, to comedy to shakespeare - we are not limited to one style of theatre. We aim to explore theatre as a medium as opposed to one specific genre. Our target audience is primarily people ages 18-45.

The design should have the following

- Please make sure the logo has spelled out 'One Four One Collective' and is not represented by the numbers "141"

- Please make sure it is simple. Nothing to flashy. We would like it stylized but still simple.

- We would prefer a black and white logo but if any color is used, please only use one max two colors. Keep it simple!

- We would like a full logo that could turn into a small version ex. OFO. Perhaps a text based logo which can have a short form in an emblem. For example the Soul Pepper Theatre companys logo: http://soulpepper.ca

- We like the simplicity of the text in the Canadian Stage Logo: https://www.canadianstage.com/Online/

- also like shapes, doesn't need to be straight, flat text.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

- Please no characters or cartoony mascots
- No Illustrative elements
- Please NO classic Drama Mask (Comedy/Tragedy Masks)
