We are opening a bakery that will service a middle to upper middle class area. We are looking to decorate cakes as well as provide a store front where baked goods can be purchased individually or purchased for bulk orders. We would like our logo to reflect sophistication and elegance but at the same time be simple and approachable for everyone.

The design should have the following

We would like a simple and elegant logo design that also has some aspects that are fun. We would like to see some color but would like it to not be overly bright, softer colors would be better. We also do not want to see just black and white. We would also like to incorporate some kind of bakery type image. One idea that we had was to have the "Nutmeg" be written in cursive with a piping bag connected at the end to kind of emulate writing with frosting. We would love to see other ideas! This is just one that we had. The main wording should be "Nutmeg" with Bakery & Sweets as smaller secondary font. We also have the slogan "nothing says lovin' like something from the oven" and we would like to see logos that include this and some that do not include this so we can get an idea of whether this is appropriate for our logos.
