The Nothing Left to Give podcast is created to help healthcare professionals (mental health therapists, Physicians, PA’s, Nurses) who are feeling worn out, exhausted, overwhelmed, hopeless and burned out. They struggle to face each workday and are often just going through the motions. They have lost their passion and feel they have “nothing left to give.” Our goal for the podcast is to give support, resources, inspirational stories and holistic strategies for overcoming burnout and releasing work stress.
Guest Interviews will include other physicians, alternative health care providers to provide down to earth conversations, pertinent industry discussion that contributes to burnout and real solutions are addressed. This podcast will help bring the spark and joy back to healthcare professionals so they can grow personally and professionally. This podcast assists healthcare professionals to help refresh their spirit and restore their energy and passion.
