Describe your company and organization and target audience

I'd like a new logo for my independent car dealership logo. I'm a female car lot owner which is unusual. My dealership interior is colorful and has a little attitude, industrial looking decor and a Quentin Tarantino style wall mural.

The design should have the following

I'd like a logo without a vehicle in it. Something a little more figurative. Maybe with road or directional images. North is already in name so our logo may lend well to a Compass design of some sort.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
Television/screen
