The design should have the following

We are in need of a modern, sophisticated, fun and happy logo for our children product brand. Our end consumer are mothers, grandparents, and others buying high end baby and children gifts. Font needs to be clean and possibly minimalistic. The ampersand is very important, and should be useable as a stand alone logo image for labels or hangtags. It could possibly be stylized.
