Describe your company and organization and target audience

This company provides in-home and on-location personal training and small group classes to people in the Dayton, OH area. The training can be done in the clients' home or office, a park, etc. We also provide boot camps, group strength training and sport yoga for sports teams. The target audience is men & women ages 18-40, busy parents & professionals, and young athletes.

The design should have the following

I'd like for the design to include the name of the company as well as an image as part of the logo to either represent that it is on-location training (with the use of a location pin icon with a dumbbell inside the middle), or to represent that it is more for athletes (or people who enjoy playing sports). I'm open to seeing what ideas people have but I would like it to be clean, gender-neutral and modern-looking. The tagline does not have to be part of the logo.
