New head needed for our owl logo

We are a tech company offering cloud solutions.

The design should have the following

We are an out growth of a larger company and have to keep certain aspects of the old company logo. We would like to use the EXACT SHIELD I am providing in the attached EPS flie (the body of the owl) AND we would like to use the green and blue you see in the old logo face for the new face.

You can add wings (optional) but not needed. Can just be an owl face and our shield.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE OWL FACE DOES NOT LOOK LIKE OUR COMPETITOR = see jpeg attached in black and white. The eyes must not look like a b and a d in any way. Our logo will be reviewed by legal before being approved. We are open to a totally new look for the owl - could even be more of a bird of pray (raptor) face. We have not gone live yet and the attached design EPS was NOT approved so don't follow it for design style - just colors and the body of the owl. Thanks!

Colors to use in the design

Use the exact shield included and the blue and the green of the EPS file for you new design. Okay to bring shield colors into the design beyond the shield (for wings for example) but the colors represent the 4 divisions and they like things to feel even between them, so better to play with the blue and green than those 4 colors unless evenly applied.
