We are a payroll, HR and Insurance company serving small businesses. I need a refresh for our logo.

The design should have the following

Below are the requirements:
1. The words in the logo are ACCUPAY SYSTEMS (upper case letters) and the slogan Payroll . HR . Insurance
2. I need a graphic encompassing the letter A enclosed in a square. Below are some samples I find intriguing, and I would love the designed to think in this direction but using minimalist style
3. Background color (colour) on the graphic: I would like to see graphic with background color and also without so I can compare.
4. Color: I would like all the initial entries in black. At the end, I will request to see entries in black/dark gray.
5. Fonts: I like clean san serif fonts such as Roboto (also roboto condensed), PT Sans (and PT Sans Narrow), Montserrat and Lato
6. At the end, I will also ask for the files to be in black and the other color variations for use in different kinds of media.
7. Also, I will need the graphic as an icon.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
