is a Modern Properties is a real estate firm specializing in small scale commercial properties and villas for rent. We do also build and sell properties, we want to invoke upscale, modern, innovative properties high quality with our brand.

The design should have the following

I dont want generic real estate logos, i would like to see really innovative eye catching designs, i really want to see alot done with the text and if we can get a nice descriptive icon to go along with it that would be great. No generic roofs with windows here, im not disqualifying all roofs but please lets be more creative here. Should be simple high tech, high end want to see deep blues, with black, hints of white or grey or red. Looking forward to see some cool designs!!

This logo will be used for

• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
