An additional comment....I like how the red represents "ignite". This could be red or orange. Note that it is not necessary to include the initial in the logo... whatever you think works best.
Hi SweetLeaf, Thanks for taking the next step to incorporate ignite into the logo. I'm wondering, though, if you can take ignite to mean igniting passion, action, and movement since that is what I will be doing for companies rather than being a literal interpretation of the word? I like the treatment of company name and tagline; however, I'd prefer it if the line were moved back to where it was before, under Management Consulting Inc so that the company name is not split. Visually, the line looks good where you have moved it, but I don't want to split the name.
I also like that you have kept the treatment of the stylized "m"

Hi SweetLeaf, Thanks for taking this design to a new place. I really like that you have tried to incorporate imagery that reflects the word "ignite". However, is it possible to take a less literal approach to the word ignite and, instead, take ignite to mean igniting action, movement, inspiration? I like your treatment of the company name and tagline; however, I would prefer the line to be moved back to where it was previously - below Management Consulting Inc - so that it does not split the name.
I like that you have now incorporated imagery that reflects the word ignite. Thank you for doing something a little different!!! Rather than doing a literal translation of the word ignite into fire, can you look at the word to mean ignite action and energy. I still ike the treatment of the stylized m. I also like the fonts and sizes you have chosen. I prefer to have the line under "Management Consulting Inc" since this is part of the name of the company - by moving it up under Mission Ignite you have split the company name. In some ways I think it looks better this way but I would prefer to have the line where you used to have it. Great work, SweetLeaf, I really appreciate you breaking away with something a little different!
