Mental Training for Sport and Performance

Describe your company and organization and target audience

This is a sport and performance psychology consulting business. I use psychological principles to help individuals achieve personal excellence in sport, performance, and life. I am a member of this association: http://www.appliedsportpsych.org/. (AASP) I will soon be a certified consultant with AASP. My target audience includes: adolescent and older individuals who are looking to improve their mental approach to their performance (e.g., sport, dance, music, etc). I help individuals with mental skills such as self-talk, concentration, imagery, goal-setting, emotional regulation, and focus.

The design should have the following

The M & T in Mental Training could lend itself to a mountain. The framework of my approach includes staying in the present moment, focusing on the process, and staying positive, so these 3 P's could be useful. I want to appeal to males and females. My core client base is athletes, so the logo could be sport related, but not at the expense of excluding other performers. The design should be professional, simple, bold, and dynamic.
